Solutions
The team began with detailed engineering and design, developing support structures such as:
- Instrument stanchions
- Junction box frames
- Cable tray supports
- Tubing supports
Every element was carefully documented through bills of materials, datasheets, and detailed drawings, ensuring transparency and accuracy throughout procurement and installation.

- Supplying and installing bulk items such as junction boxes, cables, glands, tubing, and fittings.
- Integrating free-issue tagged instruments (transmitters, gauges, switches, indicators) with precision.
- Embedding Human Factor Engineering principles into the design process to ensure compliance, practicality, safety, and user-friendliness for long-term operations.
Inspection & Compliance
Inspection and compliance formed a cornerstone of the project. EXS Synergy deployed IECEx-certified inspectors (qualified under Ex001, Ex007, and Ex008) to carry out both initial and detailed inspections in line with IEC 60079-14 and IEC 60079-17.
This rigorous approach ensured that every component met the highest standards of safety and reliability. The team also supported the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and successfully cleared all punch list items, delivering the skid package to the client in optimal condition.
