GULF OF THAILAND

The Gulf of Thailand encompasses an area of about 300,000 square kilometres, bordering Thai-Malay Peninsula in the West, Cambodia and Vietnam in the East and Malaysia in the South. It is a proven hydrocarbon-rich area, with P1 estimates of 6.60 tcf of natural gas, 122.7 million barrels of crude oil, and 170.68 million barrels of oil equivalent of condensate.

EXS Synergy is involved in two separate offshore fields within the Gulf of Thailand; Cakerawala field located in the Malaysia-Thailand Joint Development Area (MTJDA) and Bergading field in the North Malay Basin. The scope consists of Visual, Close and Detailed Ex Inspections for Electrical and Instrument equipment located in Hazardous Areas.
